Eligibility / Who Can Use the Site

  • PSN is intended for Polynesian-owned businesses or affiliated entities.

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or have the authority to submit listings on behalf of a business.

  • By submitting a listing, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have permission to use any logos, images, or other content.

Business Listings

  • Standard Listing: Complimentary for the first 6 months. Renewal after 6 months costs $100.

  • Premium Listing: Available immediately upon joining for $350.

  • Listings are subject to verification and approval by PSN. PSN reserves the right to refuse, edit, or remove listings at its discretion.

  • Businesses are responsible for keeping their listing information accurate and up-to-date.

  • Pricing Review: Listing fees may be reviewed at the start of each financial year and may be adjusted to reflect inflation or changes in operational costs. Suppliers will be notified of any pricing changes in advance.

Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued upon submission or renewal of a listing.

  • Payments must be made within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice.

  • Non-payment may result in a downgrade (Premium → Standard) or temporary removal of the listing until payment is completed.

User Responsibilities / Content Guidelines

  • Users and suppliers must not submit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

  • You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt its functionality.

  • PSN may remove content that violates these guidelines without notice.

Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, logos, graphics, and design, is owned by PSN.

  • By submitting content (e.g., business logos, descriptions, images), you grant PSN a license to display, reproduce, and promote this content on the website.

  • Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from PSN content without prior written permission.
